THE BRIEF
Devine Resin came to us looking to improve their customer experience with an array of technical documents focused on providing insight as to what goes into each method of resin bound installation breaking down the environmental impacts of each.
THE SOLUTION
With a written explanation of how their systems work and notes on what needed to be included, we developed a standardised document split into easy-to-understand segments, building up a range of isometric illustrations and diagrams for greater accessibility, as well as a built-in carbon emissions approximation script that Devine could update inhouse.
THE RESULT
Devine has been using this document with great success ever since, helping them to secure more work whilst also providing customers the opportunity to study the workmanship and understand what they’re looking for. With nothing to hide and being proud of what they do, this has only served to grow Devine’s unmatched reputation.
