RB Lettings is letting agent operating in Kent, with 20 years of experience the founder Rosie established themselves as the agency to use when seeking honestly and dedication, Landlords and Tenants alike. Taking a personal approach to a personal topic, they’ve built a highly amicable reputation and consistently find clients returning to them.
THE BRIEF
Together with Rosie we have developed a range of marketing materials previously, for this brief they were seeking a collection of social posts that could be rotated as they found their content at the time to be lacking life and in need of a refresh.
THE SOLUTION
We provided Rosie with a mix of different styles, drawing influence from elements of their previous materials that they were keen of, reapplying them into new formats that felt familiar to existing clients, yet captivating for new clients. Rosie was open and honest every step of the way helping us to truly understand what she was seeking as we continued refining the content, allowing us to get it spot on.
THE RESULT
Our close cooperation resulted in a collection of content we both loved, as we continue working with them to this day we found with this project that building perception on how to deliver on a brief can be accelerated and greatly improved with consistent input and communication with a client. There’s always room to design something better, which is why we persist, to strive for perfection.
